Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich Mare the distinctive forces behind an eclectic group of critically acclaimed, unanimously adored restaurants. Their collection includes: Babbo Ristorante & Enoteca, Bar Jamón, Casa Mono, Del Posto, Esca, Lupa Osteria Romana, Otto Enoteca & Pizzeria and Tarry Lodge in New York; Tarrry Lodge Enoteca & Pizzeria in Westport, Connecticut; B&B; Ristorante, Carnevino, and Otto Enoteca & Pizzeria in Las Vegas; Pizzeria Mozza, Osteria Mozza and Mozza2Go in Los Angeles and Pizzeria Mozza in Newport Beach, California in collaboration with Nancy Silverton. Mario and Joe are currently working on a Green Initiative, incorporating recycling systems and energy and water conservation into their restaurant environments. While each location offers its own culinary identity, all have the signature combination of thoughtful and memorable food, intelligent wine lists, and an emphasis on living life to its absolute fullest.
