Chef Recommends 1lb of Corned Beef for 3-4 guests.
Ingredients:

2 bay leaves

6 cloves Garlic

1 tablespoon black pepper corns

2 carrot, cut into large chunks

2 onions, cut into large chunks

2 ribs Celery, cut into large chunks
Cooking Instructions: Place all ingredients with the corned beef into a medium sized pot. Add enough water to cover about about 1 inch above the surface of the meat. Bring to a gentle simmer, cover and cook for about 3 hours or until the brisket is fork tender. Carefully, remove the corned beef from cooking liquid, allow to cool slightly before slicing. Reserve some of the cooking liquid to keep the meat and moist after slicing. If desired you may also serve the braised vegetable along side the sliced meat as well. NOTE: There should always be enough water to keep the brisket moist. Replenish if necessary.
