April 22nd from noon to 1:30pm
Hands-on Class: Mozzarella, Burrata, Ricotta Making
Watch as Tarry Market Executive Chef Jon Katz demonstrates the making of mozzarella, burrata and ricotta from scratch. Then participate in a hands-on workshop to make your own mozzarella. Taste all three cheeses on their own, as well as in dishes that incorporate each cheese. Leave the class with take-home menus and recipes as well as your own mozzarella. Participants will receive a Tarry Market 20% discount shopping card.

Guided Olive Oil Tasting & Lunch with Grove and Vine
Please join us for a 3-course lunch with Nicholas Coleman, Chief Oleologist at Eataly and co-founder of Grove and Vine. Coleman will take guests on a guided tour of ancient olive groves and the process of single-estate olive oil making. Guests will taste three different single-estate olive oils harvested in the fall of 2016. Event attendees will receive a 20% discount on the purchase of the olive oils sampled.

Guided Balsamic Tasting & Lunch with Italian Products
Join James Kessous (Italian Products USA) for a 4-course light lunch featuring balsamic vinegar. Kessous will take guests on a guided tour of balsamic vinegar making and taste four balsamic vinegars. Event attendees will receive a 20% discount on the purchase of the balsamic vinegars sampled.

Spring Beer Festival
This family-friendly event includes tastings of Italian and local brews for the adults and a spring-inspired lunch (choice of chicken schnitzel or lamb burger served with a side of risi e bisi arancini & ramp pesto. Kids eat hot dogs with the same sides). Adult admission includes 10 beer tickets. Additional beer tickets may be purchased during the event for $1 each and can be redeemed for one pour at any participating beer station.

Chef’s Table: Tarry Market Rotisserie Meats
Watch Executive Chef Jon Katz demonstrate the making of porchetta from scratch, how to cook a prime rib, and how to cut a rotisserie chicken like a pro. The demo will be followed by lunch featuring Tarry Market signature meats. Participants will receive take home recipes and a Tarry Market 20% discount shopping card.
